- Payment and scheduling information as needed to complete the service
From Website Visitors

How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and manage our workforce
- Deliver contact-center services for Cervont Law, CervontCare, and CervontHome
- Respond to inquiries from clients, partners, journalists, and members of the public
- Meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations (including TCPA, HIPAA, and applicable employment law)
- Improve agent training, service quality, campaign performance, and this website
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and misuse
- Analyze aggregated, de-identified data to understand trends and performance
Legal Basis for Processing
Depending on the specific interaction and the law that applies, we rely on one or more of the following bases to process information:
- Your consent, which you may withdraw at any time
- Necessity to enter into or perform a contract with you (for example, an employment relationship)
- Compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject
- Legitimate interests, such as quality assurance, security, and business operations, balanced against your rights
- Protection of vital interests, in narrow circumstances
Sharing Your Information
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Within the Cervont family. Cervont, LLC (our US parent), Cervont Law, CervontCare, and CervontHome, for coordinated service delivery, corporate functions, and quality assurance.
- With Cervont partner clients. Law firms, pharmaceutical sponsors, contract research organizations (CROs), research sites, and home-services brands for whom we handle intake, engagement, and follow-up.
- With service providers. Cloud infrastructure, telephony, CRM and ATS platforms, HR and payroll tools, background-check vendors, security services, and professional advisors — under written contracts that require appropriate safeguards.
- When required by law. In response to court orders, subpoenas, regulatory demands, or other lawful requests, or to establish or defend legal claims.
- In a business transaction. As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality and successor obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
International Data Transfers
Our operations span Belize, South Africa, and the Philippines, with corporate services provided from the United States. Personal information may be transferred to and processed in any of these jurisdictions, and in the jurisdictions of our service providers and partner clients.
Where required by applicable law, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, adequacy decisions, or other recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements, and to support legitimate business needs including dispute resolution and enforcement of our agreements.
Retention periods vary by information type. Job applicant records are retained in accordance with equal-employment record-keeping requirements applicable to each operating jurisdiction. Call recordings and campaign data are retained per the specific contractual and regulatory requirements of each Cervont partner client. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include role-based access controls, encryption of data in transit, agent training and certification, network monitoring, secure disposal of records, and vendor risk management.
No security program is perfect, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse will never occur. If a security incident affects your information in a way that requires notification, we will notify you and the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Your Rights
Depending on your location and the nature of your interaction with us, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Request deletion, subject to legal, contractual, and regulatory retention obligations
- Object to or restrict certain kinds of processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Request portability of information you provided to us
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection or privacy supervisory authority
You have the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do neither), and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. Because we do not sell personal information, we do not offer a "Do Not Sell" mechanism. You may still submit access, deletion, and correction requests using the contact details below.
The rights above apply as provided under the GDPR and UK GDPR. You may also contact your national supervisory authority. To exercise any right, use the contact information in Section 15. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Sensitive Data by Vertical
Because Caye Talkers serves regulated industries, additional rules apply to specific types of information depending on the Cervont brand involved.
Cervont Law · Legal Intake
Information collected during legal intake may become subject to attorney-client privilege once you retain a partner law firm. We treat intake information as confidential, handle it under strict access controls, and comply with applicable requirements including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and state consumer-protection laws.
CervontCare · Clinical Trial Engagement
Health information handled on behalf of sponsors, CROs, and research sites may be protected health information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We process such information only under Business Associate Agreements or equivalent contractual arrangements, in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards, and with role-based access limited to trained personnel.
CervontHome · Home Services
Contact, service, and scheduling information collected for CervontHome partner brands is used to route service requests, coordinate dispatch, and follow up on completed work. Where payment information is handled, we and our vendors operate in accordance with PCI DSS requirements.
Call Recording and Monitoring
Calls handled by Caye Talkers agents may be recorded, monitored, and transcribed for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, compliance, and other lawful business purposes. Where required by law, callers are notified at the outset of the call and, where required, asked to provide consent to recording.
Recordings and transcripts are stored securely, access is limited to authorized personnel and named partner clients, and retention follows the schedules described in Section 6 and the applicable client agreement.
